Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — General information

1.1 — These terms govern sales made on the GLOW TIME website (Rue de Vevey 218, 1630 Bulle, Switzerland), for the services and products offered, including gift cards.
1.2 — Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products and services

2.1 — GLOW TIME offers services (laser hair removal, HydraFacial facial treatments) as well as gift cards and package offers, purchasable online and usable only at the clinic.
2.2 — Gift cards: valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, issued electronically. The code on the card must be presented at the appointment.
2.3 — Session packages are personal and usable only at our clinic in Bulle.

Article 3 — Prices and payment

3.1 — All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included. Online prices are identical to those at the clinic.
3.2 — Online payments are secure and processed via Stripe. Card details are never stored by GLOW TIME.

Article 4 — Order and confirmation

4.1 — Once the order is confirmed, the customer receives an email confirmation with the order details.
4.2 — For electronic gift cards, the code is sent by email within 24 hours.

Article 5 — Cancellation and refund

5.1 — Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. After that, the session is payable.
5.2 — Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable; in the event of an error or technical problem during purchase, an exchange may be offered.
5.3 — No statutory right of withdrawal applies in Switzerland. GLOW TIME nevertheless grants 7 days from purchase to request an exchange or credit note, provided the service or product has not been used.

Article 6 — Liability

6.1 — GLOW TIME cannot be held liable for the consequences of improper use of its services or products. The customer must report any medical contraindication before any treatment.
6.2 — In the event of force majeure (IT failure, etc.), GLOW TIME may cancel or postpone an order or appointment without incurring liability.

Article 7 — Personal data

Customers' personal information is collected only to manage orders and appointments, processed confidentially and not shared with third parties. See our privacy policy.

Article 8 — Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bulle (canton of Fribourg).
